We feel like we're in the best phase of our lives; our kids are with us almost all of the time and still value what we think and say, we spend a lot of time playing and laughing, and the future is exciting.

The Coconut
I can't believe Atticus is now more than five weeks old. And yet it seems like he's always been a part of our family. Emerson and Stella are such champs and love to be involved in bathing, changing, and even nursing him. And it's a good thing they like the nursing thing because that is definitely what Atticus wants to do all day every day. Which is why he's chubbing up quickly and why Emerson calls him the coconut (something small, round, and full of milk). Unfortunately Atticus got his first cold this past week, so any semblance of routine he was developing is now gone. But he remains pretty mellow despite his very stuffed up nose and consequent grunting piggie sounds. He really seems to enjoy his sibs and loves being in the baby carrier awake or asleep.

He's adorable, Lisa. I love his chunky legs. It's so sad when they are sick, especially when they are so little. I hope he gets over it quick. We definitely need to have you guys over soon. Let us know when you're ready to venture out. We are all 100% healthy here finally (knock on wood)!! Let's just hope it stays that way for awhile.
He sure is cute! Congrats!
So squeezable!!!!
HI From NY May Family,
Atticus is beautiful as, of course, are Stella and Emerson. We are enjoying time with old fiends in Narragansett, Rhode Island and missing you.
WHEN are you coming east?

I stumbled upon your blog today and thought I'd say hello. What a beautiful family you have. It's great to "see" you. Hope all is well!
